酒店的設施都非常不錯，酒店的早餐也很可口，質量也不錯，但是晚上下樓的時候遇到喝醉的客人和酒吧的工作人員對我非常不禮貌，就這一條就已經不能接受了

Ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und speditiv. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und mit allem was man sich so wünscht (plus etwas mehr) ausgerüstet. Die Nasszelle war gross und bestens augerüstet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage war sehr gut eingestellt und kaum höhrbar. Es gab sehr gute, angenehme Betten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war excellent, es gab wirklich Alles. Das WLAN ist kostenlos, schnell und funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Parkieren im der Einstellhalle war kostenlos. Wir können das Hotel bestens empfehlen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Ich kann nichts negatives finden.

Ci siamo fermati una notte in questo hotel soggiornando in una camera family, confortevole e luminosa. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante, ampia scelta di portate, abbiamo mangiato benissimo!! Presenti una sala giochi per bambini e il casinò.

we stayed one night before going to Alpamare with our 2 kids (5 and 7), we had a room on 3rd floor with a nice view on the lake. It was very quiet, the bed was huge. the staff was very friendly, the parking next to the hotel is included, which is very convenient. the hotel is one minute away from Alpamare, the is also a shopping center close by. We had dinner at the restaurent OLEA and the food was good but the service was extremely poor and slow. We had to ask 3 times to get a beer and we never got the wine list after asking several times. the breakfast was good,including fresh orange juice but the scrambed eggs were cold in the buffet and some croissants seemed to be from the day before. I can recommand the hotel but not the restaurent.

Hi everyone, We have visited hotel Seedam plaza in Pfäffikon many times and always leaving this place with nice and positive emotions. The hotel itself it’s very comfortable,clean and has a nice view to the lake. The food at the restaurant it’s super tasty and they have a huge choice of the wine. At the summer time they have nice terrace outside where you can have a drink and dinner with beautiful view of the sunset on the lake. It’s very easy underground parking. And it’s 10 minutes walk to the train station,which is a half hour ride to Zurich. It’s a beautiful walking pathway around the lake. And you can walk till Rapperswil that’s is a pretty little city with a castle. Near the hotel you have a Seedam shopping mall where you can buy whichever you need. Just wanted to say thanks to all personal of the hotel for being very nice to us,and particularly The front office manager Jan Klingelfuss. And our special thanks to Videsh and Juan at the hotel bar. This guys are super nice,professional and polite,they always remember our preferences. We see that they work very hard to make all the guests very happy. And they make the best cocktails in whole Switzerland! Highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure. All best, Alla Goddard

My friends and I stayed here and felt right at home because the staff here are absolutely wonderful. Vinko, Vishal, Markus, Alina, Branimere, and Jose are just a few of the people that made our time at Seedam Plaza unforgettable.

Infolge eines Kongresses war ich zum wiederholten Male zwei Tage (mit 1 Übernachtung) in diesem Hotel. Wie immer waren der Service und die Essensqualität sehr gut. Die Mitarbeitenden sind teilweise schon lange in diesem Hotel tätig und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Für Geschäftsmeetings und Kongresse stehen sehr viele helle Räume zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer zur Seeseite bieten eine schöne Aussicht, nachteilig ist dort die Bahnlinie unmittelbar vor dem Hotel. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist davon aber nichts zu hören. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig.
